Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial
Every new Nimki restaurant account begins with a complimentary 14-day full-access trial. No credit card is required to begin. During this period, you have full access to all POS, KDS, inventory, and table management tools.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to any Nimki plan and find within the first 30 days that the software does not fit your restaurant’s service requirements, notify us at support@getnimki.com and we will issue a full 100% refund of your initial subscription fee without hassle.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing renewal date. When cancelled, billing ceases immediately for future months, and access remains active until the end of the paid month.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions benefit from a 20% discount. If cancelled after the initial 30-day money-back guarantee window, refunds for remaining unused months are calculated on a prorated basis at standard non-discounted monthly rates.
5. Hardware Purchases
Third-party hardware (printers, barcode scanners, tablets) procured through authorized Nimki distribution partners comes with standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
